• 课题组简介 


主要任务:围绕疾病和遗传数据的隐私性、演进性、多测度性、异质性和系统性等特点,结合分子生物学实验和临床科学问题,重建疾病动态演进分子网络、为疾病的精准诊疗和智能健康管理提供科学依据和信息学平台。具体工作有以下三个方面:                            
建立疾病生物医学数据共享与安全模型与平台,如疾病特有的本体、基于本体的数据共享模型和数据安全保护、建立系列疾病特有的数据库和知识库等;
建立不同组学,如基因组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学、菌群组学、单细胞组学、生理表型组学和临床表型组学等各种组学特有的生态网络模型和数据分析平台;
建立知识引导的生物医学和健康智能工程,促进信息学在慢病管理、分级诊疗和个性化健康管理中的转化应用。
